The ABSSB wishes to advise the general public and especially businesses which may accept a Social Security card as a form of identification, that the new Social Security card does not nullify any previous Social Security card currently in circulation.

The ABSSB remains committed to its contributors and beneficiaries as it transitions to this new Social Security card.
