In accordance with The Social Security (Collection of Contributions) Regulations, 2013, S.I. No. 15 of 2013, subsection 15 (2), the Antigua & Barbuda Social Security Board (ABSSB) wishes to notify all employers that commencing 1st July 2018, a fee of $100.00 per page will be charged for the submission of incomplete or incorrect information on each remittance form.

An incomplete or incorrect remittance form means submissions with:

• missing or incorrect social security numbers;
• missing or incorrect employees’ names;
• incorrect calculations;
• unadjusted earnings;
• missing pay dates [i.e. weekly/fortnightly];
• missing employer’s name, registration number and/or signature.
