The general public is hereby advised that when making a claim for the Funeral Grant Benefit, an original death certificate and the receipt or invoice for the cost of the funeral must be presented to the Social Security Office.

Please note that the processing of the Funeral Grant will not commence until ALL requisite documents are presented.
