The general public is hereby advised that commencing 5th February 2018, there will be a change in the operating hours for persons visiting the ABSSB’s Customer Service Department located at London House.

Operating Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.

Customer Service Representatives will be available to address queries via the telephone or online until the close of business daily – 4:15 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays; and 4:00 p.m. on Fridays.

The ABSSB remains committed to its contributors and beneficiaries as it aims to enhance its service delivery.
