Employers and Self Employed Notice

All employers and self employed persons are reminded that remittance payments are due no later than April 16th, 2018 to avoid the 10% surcharge. Also, the ½% increase in contribution rate took effect as of January 1, 2018.

Private Sector – 12½%

Employees – 5¼%
Employers – 7¼%

Public Sector – 11½%

Employees – 4¼%
Employers – 7¼%

The contribution rate for Self-employed persons remains at 10%.

A second Drop Box for remittance payments is located at the Royal Palm Branch; and, is accessible Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm.
