ECCB Governor’s Featured Address on Social Security Systems

In delivering the featured address at the 29th Meeting of CARICOM Heads of Social Security Systems, Governor Timothy N. J. Antoine highlighted the criticality of social security systems to our region and the link to Governments’ fiscal situation; identified key global trends and regional challenges to the sustainability of the systems; and offered some recommendations on the way forward.
