Social Security (Benefits) (Funeral Grant) Regulations, 1973 made by the Minister of Home Affairs and Labour under sections 27 and 29 of the Social Security Act, 1972 (3of 1972).

1. These regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Benefits) Citation and

(Funeral Grants) Regulations, 1973 and shall come into operation commencement.

1. Short Title. These regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Benefits) (Funeral Grant)Amendment) Regulations, 1978 and shall be read as (No. 39 of 1973), hereinafter called the principal Regulations.

2. Amendment of Regulation 3 of Principal Regulations. Regulations 3 of the principal Regulations is amended by repealing the words Aone hundred and fifty@ and substituting the words Atwo hundred and fifty@.
